Remove landlab interface for now? #18

My attempt at a Landlab interface is just a poor mirror of the CSDMS interface, and the @landlab interface is not yet complete anyway. Also, Landlab is suposed to be a CSDMS-related set, so perhaps best to just have CSDMS for now...

@SiccarPoint, @mcflugen, what do you think I should do?

Seems it will take some time for Landlab to be done and right now this mirroring the CSDMS interface already modified in that file is just asking for mistakes. Removed.
