PrattAiry: stay or go? #2

PrattAiry has been around since the beginning. I think it may be useful for comparison. But I have already partially un-integrated it from the model, and it really is just a trivial calculation.

If I remove, will have to remove all reference to "model" preference.

Removed. Actually, the module never made it to GitHub, so I added it for 1 commit to keep a record.
