Move profile and UID assignment out of accordion and change labels

Move buttons under device summary table and add rollover question button/ click for mobile devices?

Rename buttons to

Add tooltips as required.

Layout modified, changing uid is now more intuitively labeled, and profile assignment has been moved out of the accordion.
