Animal Race does not let you bet all your money #59

This game only lets a player bet strictly less than the amount of money they have. Since there is a max bet of $9, this makes sense when you first start the game. However, as soon as you have $9 left, you can only bet $1 - $8. Therefore, you can never lose the game because you can never bet your last dollar.

The online emulator found here does not behave this way, so ours shouldn't either.
