feat(coinbot): add multi coin integration #17

[x] basic integration
[ ] coin.map not async.
[ ] dynamic trade parameters, otherwise algorithm is meaningless.

note

this PR got out of hand big as I stumbled over changes I wanted to make as I continued forward.

I am splitting out everything and will eventually only have the actual mutli-coin integration in this PR.
