Hello.

Is license-check-and-add intended to be open source? Obviously, this is a public repository, but there is no license file, etc. identifying who is licensed to use this product.

Sorry, rather ironic a license checker lacks a license file. It is Apache 2.0 licensed. I've pushed one up now
