Complete the configuration file during the generation #36

When generating the source code, it should be interesting to complete the section of the configuration file for each generated program.

Configuration file generation for section is done and code committed to SVN> components>net.atos.xa.easyflow.studio>trunk >org.parallelj.codegenerator. Now only need to work on how we can format generated tag in xml.

Let's consider this issue is ok. It will be integrated in ParallelJ as soon as possible.
