Deprecate Uncertainty #18

Since I have folded in all of the functionality from Uncertainty, I would like to remove that script. I don't really have a mechanism for tracking downloads/installs yet so I don't know how many people have installed it (but that's a task for another issue). If anyone following the repo has any opinions whether or not that firmware should stay, please comment. Otherwise I'll remove that firmware in a few weeks.

Hello Adam,

I do use uncertainty though I modified it a lot. I use the reset input as a second clock and each channel can select which clock it's working on (or both which can produce pretty nice polyrythms) I also added several modes after trigger & flip mode : clock divisions, bernoulli from previous channel, follow previous channel, divide from previous channel... All those mode have a flip mode twin. Currently testing these. I plan to add a delay per channel and something to store the state of the module. I'll share the result soon if you're interested. Those all sound like amazing feature enhancements! I'd gladly accept a pull request if you're willing to share your work. I like the idea of adding more unique functionality to make this script different from Bit Garden.
