[Bug]: startTimeLocal ist bei vielen Trackings 00:00:00 #123

What happened?

die API scheint für manche getrackte Zeiten falsche Uhrzeiten (TimeLocal) zurückzugebnen, z.B. ist hier die startTimeLocal -> endTimeLocal nicht passend zu startTimeUtc -> endTimeUtc. Dies ist bei mehreren Trackings sowie mehreren Nutzen in der Vergangenheit der Fall, aber nicht bei allen, sowie nicht bei aktuellen Trackings.

Dieser Fehler besteht erst seit Heute, ohne Änderung unsererseits, gestern waren die selben Trackings noch korrekt

the issue seems to be fixed now, will reopen when I notice it poping up again
