Add additional inputs #9

This adds inputs for the following options:

  1. scanners: specifies which sbomgen file scanners to execute
  2. skip_scanners: specifies which sbomgen file scanners to skip
  3. skip_files: specifies one or more files/directories to skip while inventorying the artifact with sbomgen
