Ability to use DAX and VPC setup via the amplify CLI

Describe the solution you'd like

Just as adding a storage provide options for DAX.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Updating Cloudformation templates for DAX capabilities.

Are there any updates for this? Would be really handy to have DAX on Amplify.
