chore: update nexpect to latest

Description of changes

Sync the nexpect util with API category. Some minor changes vs the one in API category:

• Use EOL from os for both linux and windows 02dff14
• Replace all \r with empty string in the line instead of only replace the first one d1fe244
• Added addLeadingPathPeriod?: boolean in SpawnOptions which is used in codegen e2e tests
• Removed two util functions for resolving the CLI path as it is already set by getCLIPath, which is different with API category 2778d06
