[GitHub App] - Show failed build logs in PR preview comment #2296

Describe the solution you'd like

The GitHub App comment can be expanded to include more useful content. Our team would like to see the logs related to a failed build in the GitHub App comment. For this to work, #2295 must be integrated first.
