New Amplify Docs are almost unusable #7725

There used to be a separate docs tab for the Amplify CLI. Now all the CLI docs are intermingled in frontend platform specific docs and it's impossible to find information I need.

Docs specific to Amplify CLI broken out by category.

Hey @julien-tamade :wave: thanks for the feedback! We'll look into lifting this up a bit more but in the meantime you can find the bulk of the older CLI pages here https://docs.amplify.aws/gen1/react/tools/cli/
