Description of changes:
Update README since the previous token used in the !GetAtt was incorrect (Command), as it didn't match the previous logical name of the resource (CommandRunner). I updated both to a new value (MyCommand) so that no confusion is introduced between logical names, property Command and Resource Type CommandRunner.
