Fix contract test failures and move to CTv2 for repository resource

• Fix contract test failures:

  • Fix translateToDeleteRequest when only repo arn is provided
  • We must include all non readOnly parameters in one/more inputs. Hence we should set upstream for at least one input.
  • Removing domainName from readOnlyProperties. The readOnly field as defined in JSON Schema does not align with our determination that this is actually a restriction with semantic meaning. (See https://github.com/aws-cloudformation/cloudformation-resource-schema#divergence-from-json-schema)

• Migration to Contract test v2

  • Reformat input files
  • Add dependencies: domain and upstream repo
