Description of changes:

This change cleans up AWS Logs resource schemas in a number of respects:

Adds/updates descriptions where necessary
Refines regex patterns to simplify contract test input generation
Adds regexes for ARN inputs
Adds additionalProperties value where appropriate
Corrects GitHub source URLs

Each schema passes cfn-cli validate.
