[AWS::Lambda::Function] - [Enhancement] - Implement `GetAtt` for the `Resource Name` #1623

Name of the resource

AWS::Lambda::Function

Description

Currently AWS::Lambda::Function only supports Ref to get the Resource Name. Implementing this would be great.
