Description

Using the AWS console it is possible to add CodeStar notifications for SNS, Slack (via ChatBot) and Microsoft Teams (via Chatbot). However, when using Cloudformation the only options are SNS and Slack (via ChatBot). The targets are listed as SNS or AWSChatBotSlack here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-properties-codestarnotifications-notificationrule-target.html.
