Support sdk field overrides for non attribute-based APIs #1776

The ECS Describe cluster API have an include field that can take one of (or all) ATTACHMENTS | CONFIGURATIONS | SETTINGS | STATISTICS | TAGS, makes sense if we could inject those values using something similar to https://github.com/aws-controllers-k8s/sqs-controller/blob/main/generator.yaml#L6-L9
