No recommended inline policy for ec2-controller #2112

Describe the bug There is no recommended inline policy for ec2-controller and it is linked in the documentation for configuring IAM Permissions.

AFAIK there is a recommended policy for every controller - for ec2 is it stored in https://github.com/aws-controllers-k8s/ec2-controller/blob/main/config/iam/recommended-policy-arn. If you're having any can you please share any error logs?
