Sagemaker ACK Support for InferenceAmiVersion #2120

Is your feature request related to a problem? The Sagemaker ACK currently doesn't support the InferenceAmiVersion of the ProductionVariant API

Describe the solution you'd like Support the configuration field.

Describe alternatives you've considered We're currently using cuda-compat library, however we'd like to potentially configure this in the future.
