refactor!: Update for the deadline-cloud queue env changes

BREAKING-CHANGE: This requires the deadline-cloud interface changes created to support Queue Environment parameters.

What was the problem/requirement? (What/Why)

Update for a breaking change in deadline-cloud from adding Queue parameter support.

What was the solution? (How)

• Updated the function call patterns for the widgets and callback functions.
• Renamed FlatAssetReferences to AssetReferences.
• Removed the RezPackages parameter from the default template, updated the logic to apply modifications to the queue parameter RezPackages if it exists.
• Updated the job bundle output tests, verified the changes are as expected by hand.

Submitted jobs to a queue with a rez queue environment. ran the job bundle output tests.
