What was the problem/requirement? (What/Why)

deadline-cloud-test-fixtures is now at 0.15.0. (see https://pypi.org/project/deadline-cloud-test-fixtures/) But we are still using 0.14.*

What was the solution? (How)

Upgrade it to the latest version.

What is the impact of this change?

Worker agent tests will be using the latest test-fixtures

How was this change tested?

hatch build

Made sure the new test-fixtures do not break our tests through

source .e2e_linux_infra.sh
hatch run e2e-test

source .e2e_windows_infra.sh
hatch run e2e-test
