DR_ROBOMAKER_MOUNT_LOGS is not working #112

The DR_ROBOMAKER_MOUNT_LOGS flag no longer has any effect, even if it is documented. This should be re-instated to work.

This is indeed wrong; the flag is used here: https://github.com/aws-deepracer-community/deepracer-for-cloud/blob/6ac72fd577be06a2203ba121711de84d4c9dedda/scripts/evaluation/start.sh#L48
