MinIO Gateway Deprecated - Azure mode will not work #139

The Azure mode depends on MinIO Gateway - This is deprecated https://min.io/docs/minio/linux/operations/install-deploy-manage/migrate-fs-gateway.html,

Azure mode should be removed and Azure users would need to use local mode.
