Changes:

Reducing to two images: cpu and gpu
GPU image is built on CUDA 11.4 / Ubuntu 18.04, this is harmonized with the 5.0 Robomaker images.
Submodule sagemaker-tensorflow-container removed as all necessary packages are downloadable from pip.
Folder structure clean-up
