Description of changes:

Update existing scenario outline by adding example with paho-java client MQTT v3/v5
Fix bug in paho-java MQTT v3 with sending single reason code in subscribe() and unsubscribe()
Update README files of paho-java and sdk-java clients

Why is this change necessary: Currently paho java client is used only in T101 and T102 scenarios and do not pass base checks

How was this change tested: Run scenarios on codeBuild
