added a sample workflow for uat test #140

Description of changes: Added the first test for shadow manager. Scenario: As a device owner I can install the aws.greengrass.ShadowManager component

Why is this change necessary: Testing shadow manager

How was this change tested: Tested on remote Linux server (EC2)
