Describe the outcome you'd like

We like to include CDK Bootstrap step to AFT instead of running CDK Bootstrap via cli if this is possible.

Is your feature request related to a problem you are currently experiencing? If so, please describe.

Yes, we want to automate bootstrapping accounts but not seeing an option to do this via AFT.
