It would be great to have a set of default transforms for FluentBIt addon that will add data that is commonly used such as:
- Account ID
- Cluster name
- Namespace
- Pod labels

Relates to aws-ia/terraform-aws-eks-blueprints#823 - when performing central log aggregation, this commonly used data is necessary to be able to segregate out where the logs are coming from for analysis
