With this change, Mendix for Private Cloud would use IRSA authentication for RDS, S3, and ECR, so our customers won't need to rotate credentials for these services.

Also includes minor improvements like:

renaming some vars to align with Mendix for Private Cloud Portal;
add variable to specify clusters prefix name;
add variable to specify Postgres version;
use the latest version of Mendix operator.
