Add API Gateway endpoint to the CloudFormation output #7

The CloudFormation Outputs tab does not include the API Gateway endpoint that is created by the installation process. The output value should be there so customers do not need to go hunting for the endpoint.

Unfortunately, there is no response value from CloudFormation that gives the URL. When migrating to V2 we can reevaluate. I apologize.
