Doc issue: Inf2 data types has bad link for int8 #890

https://github.com/aws-neuron/aws-neuron-sdk/blob/master/general/arch/neuron-features/data-types.rst#neuroncore-v2-data-types has a link about int8 in the Notes section that goes to an issue about int8 on inf1.
