Update Java Contract Tests

Description of changes:

• Update existing contract tests for new CFN Primary Id attribute.
• Set up new contract tests for Secrets Manager and Step Functions.
• Both v1 and v2 SDK versions are included in these changes.

Test Plan: Ran contract tests locally with all test cases passing.
