Fargate - Support Container Logs Collector Configuration for ADOT add-on #147

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Support Container logs collector configuration for Fargate pattern. Already implemented in single new eks observability pattern with PR https://github.com/aws-observability/cdk-aws-observability-accelerator/pull/141

Describe the solution you'd like The collector has to be run as a sidecar to forward logs to CloudWatch
