API troubleshooting dashboard and Rules support #86

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Adding rules to support API troubleshooting dashboard

Describe the solution you'd like We need add the following rules to collector YAML so API Troubleshooting dashboard works.

with the below rules configuration
