Move sample code to `example` directory. #44

Currently the teams implementations + the bin file are at the root of the repo. These are really sample implementations of the project and need to be moved to a "example" diretory.

My proposal is that this proposal contains a sample CDK project which implements the blueprint project with teams to match the sample repo.
