Updated the AMI to the available one in eu-west region.

Addressed by https://github.com/aws-quickstart/quickstart-citrix-virtualapps-service/pull/27. Now the Quick Start fetches the latest AMI ID using SSM Parameter: /aws/service/ami-windows-latest/Windows_Server-2016-English-Full-Base
