Fix the error occurred during deploy in the cn-northwest-1 and cn-north-1 region #55

Description of changes:

  1. Updated the bastion host submodule.
  2. Remove the bastionStack in China regions due to the bastion host timeout error.
  3. The default value of the parameter DemoDataSize change to none. By default, it is not downloaded to avoid deployment failures due to network issues in China.
  4. Since the ClickHouse download address in China is invalid, mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn, it was replaced with a new address.
