I know there is no support for GovCloud(US-East) yet. That should be added.

For GovCloud(US-West), I'm getting: The following resource(s) failed to create: [rEIPProdNatB, rVPCProduction, rEIPProdNatA].

It used to work sometimes last year. I ran using dedicated permission as well as admin. Both got rollback. Any suggestion?

This is an oversight on my part. My account exceeded the default limitation.
