bumped GHE version #21

I got the following error, I assume because GH replaced the AMI in that region.

The image id 'ami-003f7be2a1c913a86' does not exist (Service: AmazonEC2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: InvalidAMIID.NotFound; Request ID: eb992beb-82fb-48fa-9fef-c1e6328587da)
