Added trial license activation and changes to root template. Also updated taskcat templates.

@vsnyc @parthakom2 Attaching taskcat report. Only failure is in ap-northeast-2 which failed during ICP inception. Rest of the regions succeeded. Attaching the report. taskcat_result_1.zip

taskcat_result.zip Successful run across regions. Added a ssh access fix for db2 installation
