I have added ICP as submodule.
Added 4 files to template folder which will have changes specific to ICPD
Updated aws-icp-bootstrap folder content with icpd_configure.sh which will be called from bootstrap.py script post ICP deployment
Updated icp-install-artifact-map.yaml to use S3 buckets ( this could change as ICP buckets were private then)
PS: this PR is just to validate whether the approach is correct and suggest any changes in organizing code based on AWS requirements.
Please review the change set and confirm whether approach is correct. I will clean up the code based on your comments and add more comments wherever required and organize code better before next PR.
