Updated ICPD version and other changes #5

Description of changes: Updated ICPD version from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1 Script changes Changes to install 1.2.1 version Changes to use admin as default user and update password to user input value

Template changes Updated root template with below

Removed adminUser from input list and added admin as default value Updated ICPD url output to use MasterELB value TaskCat Tested all 10 regions with HA and Non HA combination. (DNS excluded). Updated parameter files with ICPDversion and removed AdminUser parameter

Note: This PR is still with circular invocation of file types in ICPD bootstrap script. I am testing the changes to use just python.
