Unable to access template #12

The link to start the cloud formation process where is prepopulates the link to the S3 bucket with the template in this document https://aws-quickstart.github.io/quickstart-iridium-cloudconnect-sbd/. The link is not accessible.

I tried using the template in the GitHub which did create the process but no outputs were created. Or is there another way to find the ipaddr:port?
