Issue: Stack creation issues #24

Description of changes: Stack creation fails: Embedded stack arn:aws:cloudformation:us-east-1:xxxxxx:stack/quantiphi-lex-kendra-LexBotStack-xxxxx/xxxxxxxxwas not successfully created: The following resource(s) failed to create: [LexSLRole, LexBotIAMRole, CrHelperLayer, AssumeIAMRole].
