Deploying in existing VPC with enterprise license doesn't deploy license #8

I used the template to setup a POC splunk, but it seems that my licenses were not applied, and the index cluster was not configured. I modified the template so it did not assign public IP addresses to any of the instances. please let me know what information i can provide to help solve this issue.

@anishp55 , thank you for reporting this. Sorry for the delayed response.

The current template requires instances to have access to the internet, for example to fetch license file from S3. There are workarounds at your disposal like using a VPC endpoint, but I'd like to understand more what your requirements are so we can try to solve this in future version of the template.
