EKS stack fails to deploy due to partner integration removal #122

Some partner integrations were recently removed from the EKS stack. The Tanzu quick start explicitly disable these. Since they no longer exist, this is causing errors on deploy:

Create Failed: Parameters: [ConsulUIACMSSLCertificateArn, ConsulIntegration, VaultUIHostedZoneID, VaultUIACMSSLCertificateArn, ConsulUIDomainName, VaultUIDomainName, ConsulUIHostedZoneID, VaultIntegration] do not exist in the template
