update RN versions to 1.4.2 #147

Description of changes: update EULA link to 1.4 update RN to 1..4.2 (as 1.4.2 is already updated in the code branch)

@tlindsay42, @censullo, please get this in as well. we are fast-tracking to 1.4.2 as the code branch is already updated with 1.4.2 (see PR#139-commit)
